I really enjoyed the breakfast! They had delicious omelettes and real bacon that actually tasted great. The view from the back porch overlooking the river was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee after our meal.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but not too outrageous either for what we got.

The room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Breakfast was awesome with fresh pastries and coffee in a lovely outdoor dining area by the river. The location was peaceful, perfect for watching sunsets. Loved the comfy bed and the charm of the historic building. Brittany, the host, was super friendly.

Had an amazing stay! The location by the Llano River is stunning, with beautiful views. The room was clean and comfortable, complete with a lovely patio for relaxation. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of delicious options, and the host was very friendly and attentive.
